- The tools are free for personal and business use. No sign-up, no limits.
- Fees come from each marketplace's own published pages, but they change, and your account may differ. Confirm before big decisions.
- Invoices you create are yours. Don't copy the site itself or misuse it.
Using the site
By using MarginToolkit you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the site. You may use every calculator and the invoice generator for free, for your own selling, your clients or your business, without creating an account.
Results are estimates
We build each calculator from the fee schedules that Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, eBay and the shipping carriers publish, and every tool shows when its numbers were last checked. Even so:
- Marketplaces change their fees, sometimes with little notice, and there can be a delay before we update.
- Your actual fees can depend on your category, account status, location, promotions, taxes, currency and other details a calculator can't see.
- Some charges, such as storage, returns, peak-season and program fees, may not be included. Each tool says what it covers.
Always confirm important figures with the marketplace, carrier or payment provider before setting prices, buying inventory or signing up for a plan.
Not professional advice
Nothing on MarginToolkit is financial, tax, accounting or legal advice. The invoice generator gives you a document layout; you are responsible for what goes on it, including tax amounts and any details your country requires on an invoice.
Acceptable use
Please don't:
- Scrape, copy or republish the calculators or their content in bulk, or frame the site as your own
- Try to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorized access to the site or its hosting
- Click ads you aren't interested in, or use bots or scripts to generate ad views or clicks
- Use the invoice generator to create fake, misleading or fraudulent documents
Content and trademarks
The site's design, text and code belong to MarginToolkit. You're welcome to link to any page and to quote short passages with a link back.
Invoices you make with our generator, and the results you calculate, are yours to use however you like.
Amazon, Shopify, Etsy, eBay, USPS, UPS, FedEx and other names are trademarks of their owners. MarginToolkit is independent and is not affiliated with, endorsed by or sponsored by any of them.
Links and ads
The site links to other websites and shows ads from third parties. We don't control those sites or advertisers and aren't responsible for their content, products or practices. See our Privacy Policy for how ads use cookies.
No warranty and liability
MarginToolkit is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, including accuracy, fitness for a particular purpose or uninterrupted availability. We may change, pause or remove any tool at any time.
To the fullest extent the law allows, MarginToolkit and the people behind it are not liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the site or reliance on its results, including lost profits, pricing errors or business decisions. Because the site is free, our total liability for any claim is limited to zero dollars, or the lowest amount the law permits.
Changes and governing law
We may update these terms as the site grows. The date at the top shows the latest version, and continuing to use the site means you accept it. These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, except where the law of your country gives you protections that can't be waived.
